GenoTypers  provides genetic consultancy and bespoke genotyping services
for animal and plant breeding companies, breed societies, kennel clubs,
research organizations and industrial  companies. We offer our clients a
range of consulting services, covering both quantitative and molecular
genetics as well as complex data analysis.
 

The breeding advice we offer represents over 50 years collective experience
in the animal breeding sector, over 25 years hands-on experience
with DNA markers together with over 180 scientific publications in this field.


We are able to offer our clients turnkey solutions or help them solve specific
problems. An example of such is associating large amounts of genotype data
with phenotypic performance information.
    
GenoTypers has a great deal of experience in the selection and identification
of DNA Markers, the use of Biometrical and Quantitative Genetic tools to dissect quantitative production traits and Bioinformatics and data analysis.
The genotyping services we offer include all types of DNA markers; RFLP, AFLP, microsatellites and SNPs and utilizes various contemporary technologies such as GeneScan, Pyrosequencing, MassArray, and Fluorescence Polarization.


The 25 years experience in DNA markers with various species allows us to provide professional services for any plant or animal species, including poultry, swine,
dairy and beef cattle, sheep and goats, fish, companion animals and horses. Furthermore, our experience with lab animals (mouse), wild animals
(Psammomys and Ibex) and microorganisms (yeast), opens the door
 for unlimited types of organisms, industries and research institutes.
